Enrichment Programming

• Our enrichment events are easy to Schedule. Send  an email, text or phone call to our creative director to pick a date and time that works best for your group

• Our enrichment events are usually 45-60 minutes depending of the assessed stamina of the group. We keep our events shorter to avoid fatigue. 
• We find that either mid morning after breakfast or later afternoon after lunch seems to be the best time but we do host evening events.
• Our clients usually have us out every month or every few months . We will often set up a seasonal "quarterly" schedule.

• The Art of Life has a paintings gallery you can choose from, these can be simplified if needed. 
• OR you can give us a theme or idea and we can create a custom painting just for your group. 

• The Art of life has a special rate for our senior painters. we charge $ 16 a participant  (min event cost is $124)
• We can host up to 40 participants at a time for our enrichment events but our usual count is around 15-25 at most locations. 
• We accept most forms of payment including check, cash, card. An electronic payment  link can be sent for online card payment. Methods like Venmo and paypal are also available 
• An invoice  will be provided upon request. 
• No reservation fee is required,

• All painting set up and clean up will be done by the art of life. We ask that you have tables and chairs Set up /available. Your event coordinator will give you set up instructions specific to your location.

We are contracted with the KDL library for their adult painting programming. We work with Rockford schools , Spectrum health , the VA and more.
